Dedicated exclusively to the real estate needs of the ex-pat community, we are a small boutique agency with a simple goal - to ensure you find the right property with the level of service you'd expect in your home country and with an appreciation for your specific tastes. Finding a property is stressful, even in your home country. Move2Shanghai have several years experience working with ex-pats and helping them navigate the charming but chaotic cityscape of Shanghai.
With a focus on central areas (Xujiahui, French Concession, Jin'an , Zhongshan Park), at the beginning of your relationship with us we take time to get a clear picture of what you want, where you want it to be and what you want to be doing in it. From the personal and professional relationships we have developed over the years, we appreciate you have a different idea of 'style' from the majority of Chinese living here. We also know that 'home' means different things to different people - it can be a work-base; a place to entertain or a haven from the world outside. Whatever it is, we'll work with your timetable and your budget, and help you find your space.
Once you're there, we'll also be on hand to help with the nitty gritty. The rent negotiations and the contract, the trips to buy the perfect table at a local suppliers, even the DIY errands that crop up from time to time.
